André co-founded Positron Capital in 2016 and has been working in the Private Markets and Alternative Investment industry since 2001. He has extensive experience with identification, selection, due diligence and investment execution in a broad range of alternative investment strategies and funds. André has managed substantial capital on behalf of external investors and has been a member of the Investor Committee of several Private Equity funds.

Prior to Positron Capital, he worked nine years in DNB Asset Management (Private Equity) - part of Norway's largest bank DNB Bank, where he was instrumental in establishing and building the bank's investment and management franchise within Private Equity investments. Before that, André worked for several years in the Private Equity industry in London, lastly at Almeida Capital (Placement Advisor) and Preqin (Private Equity Intelligence – a research house within alternative investments). He holds a Master degree (MSc) from University of Westminster.
